Patch 1.01 is the first Patches in the game The Madness of Little Emma. It was released on December 23rd, 2015.

- Fixed 'Liquid Sisters' achievement : the achievement should unlock by itself (if you killed them before) after some time of playing even without killing them again
- Fixed 'Good at Dodging' achievements : these achievements were sometimes unlocked even though the proper condition was not met
